Some Decisions Should Not Be Made From a Screen
A countertop colour that looks right online looks different next to real cabinetry under real lighting. A cabinet finish that reads as warm on a phone screen can pull cool in a larger space. The gap between what people expect and what gets installed almost always comes from choosing materials remotely.
Both MD Kitchen showrooms exist to close that gap. You can walk in, compare slabs side by side, hold flooring samples next to cabinet finishes, and see the full range of materials we work with before committing to anything. Our team is on hand at both locations to answer questions and help you make confident decisions.
Two Locations, Full Coverage Across the GTA
Whether you are coming from the north, east, or west of the city, one of our two showrooms is within a reasonable drive. Between them, Markham and Pickering cover the full GTA service area — from Vaughan and Richmond Hill in the north to Scarborough and Durham Region in the east, and across to Toronto, Mississauga, and Brampton via the 401 and 407 corridors.

What to Expect at Either Showroom
There is no formal process and no sales pressure attached to a showroom visit. You can come in at any stage of your renovation thinking — whether you have a project confirmed and ready to start, or you are still working out whether a renovation makes sense at all.
Most homeowners use their first visit to get oriented. They see what cabinet styles actually look like at full scale, compare countertop materials side by side, and get a sense of what their budget will realistically deliver in terms of material quality. Many leave with a shortlist of materials and a clearer picture of the project they want to do.
If your project is further along, the showroom visit is where material selection happens. You choose your cabinet profile, countertop slab, flooring, tile, and hardware together so the finished design works as a complete picture before anything is ordered.
If you can, bring measurements and photos of your existing kitchen or bathroom. They help our team give more specific guidance during your visit. If you do not have them, walk in anyway — the visit is useful at any stage of preparation.

Kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, countertop supply and installation, flooring, closets and wardrobes, media walls, bar renovations, and commercial cabinetry can all be initiated from either showroom. Our team can discuss your project scope, answer questions about materials and process, and arrange a free site visit to your home from either location.

No. Both showrooms welcome walk-ins during hours with no prior booking needed. If you want dedicated time with our design team for a focused consultation, calling ahead to 647-499-5959 lets us make sure the right person is available when you arrive.
Visit whichever is more convenient for your location. The Markham showroom at 50 Karachi Dr is closest for homeowners coming from the northern and central GTA. The Pickering showroom at 955 Brock Rd is the closest option for Durham Region and east Toronto homeowners. Both carry the full material range. The Pickering showroom has full countertop slabs available to view if slab selection is your primary reason for visiting.
Measurements of your existing kitchen or bathroom and photos of the current space are helpful but not required. If you have them, bring them. If you do not, our team can work from what you have and arrange a site visit to your home for precise measurements before any material is finalised.
The fixed written quote comes at the end of the process — after the site visit, 3D design approval, and full material selection. A showroom visit can be the start of that process or part of it, but the quote itself is only produced once every detail is confirmed so the number reflects the actual scope.
Yes. Free parking is available directly in front of both locations. No time limits and no cost at either address.
